I'm 18, just trying to think of a halloween costume that is funny and pretty original, something along the lines of sports or celebrities or something?

Since you're a guy, the best Halloween costume that you can pick if you want something in the line of sports is to be a cheerleader or a female tennis player. I've been both in the past, both more than once and both costumes are sexy & fun to wear.

Terrance and Phillip or any of the adult adult males from South Park, Santa and Rudolf, Cowboy and Indian, Gangsters, cops, Prisoners, Strippers, Gigolos, Zim and Gir, Aquaman and Aqualad, Mickey and Goofy, Spa travelers (tub robes, slippers and Cucumber eye mask), Dena Martin and Frank Sinatra, Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom.

get a leotard, and tights. wear matching shorts over it. Make a simple cape and you could be a super hero.
