Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender - June 2006

I heard and have been hearing that 1 in every 10 people are LGBT.. is this true? it seems so hard to believe. I sort of hope it is lol.

For the past weeks, I have worried nonstop about my sexuality. I have lied to myself, saying I'm straight or bi.. I think I would be considered bi, but barely becuase I like guys so much,
Anyways, I worry nonstop about my sexuality. I hate it. People say there is so much more to life? Why can't I realize that? Is there really more to life then your love life? Please help, because I hate it. :-[

I have been seeing a lot of stuff recently about this thing called g0y what does it all mean. I mean I know they are guys who are into other guys but they say they are not gay and some of them are into women so are they bisexual? And what makes them different from gays? When I first told that I was a lesbain none of my friends or parents freaked out because I thought the already new by the way I used to act around the girls and guys.When I was with the guys it was as if I was one of them...I don't know why...but when I was with the girls there was realiy nothing to do at all be watch and listen.I still need someone to help me out here....Help......

It seems to concern many people the cause of homosexuality. Being Gay, I've never really considered WHY I'm who I am; I'm merely thankful!

We are always associated with the most fabulous females in the entertainment industry...I love them too, but was I pre-destined to love them....I mean...if you go to a Bette Milder concert or love Judy Garland movies, people automatically think you are gay...which I am..but...I want to know WHY????

Preference implies a choice wheras orientation describes a state of being. I feel these folks should catch up on terminology. Words carry power. It makes a big difference in social acceptance.
