In a 10 year relationship I cheated on my partner off and on for a few years. It stopped 3 years ago. I trulytruly feel like a total jerk.

I had a bad family life, a mother who left and never saw again. A father who didnt give a crap. My first love cheated on me a few days before we were going to lose our virginity together. I was devastated.

It took me a long time to learn my lesson. My partner never found out because I dont want to hurt them anymore. I will live with my shame and guilt, but I want to be a good lover for them. I love them and I am seriously stupid. Could me doing this be cause by my past?? thanks

For example they watched movies but didn't know the title, actors, etc. They eat something in a good place but didn't notice what was eaten and where was it. It's like they never aware of anything. Obviously these kind of person don't have favorite movies, foods, places, etc.

Over dinner debates about how man should do this or that are often punctuated by another guest saying "ah, but that won't work because of human nature". Does this mean that if you placed 100 people in paradise, with everything they need, that one, or more, of the 100 will be inherently bad? Is that human nature? Is human nature greed? What then of people who share everything they have, thus not being greedy. Is human nature to be violent? Is it about natural survival of the individual but not of a group or race? Is it about power for the individual? But, even if some or all of these are human nature, why does it not apply to all? Would that mean that some people have "human nature" and others do not?

If someone out there can list, clearly, the definition of what human nature is I would like to hear from you.

Look around u and think about all have happened, isn't everything all based on conditions, no exception?
U are loving a person? If she does not have the look that u like, would u like her? Ok, u don't mind her, but if she does not have the character u appreciate, would u stil like her? Even if u do not mind her look and character, if she does not care for u and love u, would u love her? That's why i concluded that everything is condition-based.

I used to be so full of energy, i was a regular in the gym, I was losing weight, I was happy. Now I just can be bothered, I have put on weight, none of my clothes fit, everyday I try that I will get up on time, and get back on track, but motivation is evading me. I feel like eating all the time, I am always hungry. I am scared. I am destroying myself.

In the last few days i've had weird dreams and when i think about it i see some similarities. the situation / location is different everytime but in these dreams i always feel and see myself being alone / feeling very lonely and wondering where the rest of my family are. i was surrounded by strangers and i feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. at one time i also see myself running away from something which i am afraid of.
