Ask yourself what you want to achieve in life.
1) Write down your primary long term goal
2) Identify the steps that you need to take
3) Set short achievable goals (aka weekly targets) so that you can feel a sense of achievement and more motivated to continue with your plan.
4) Keep a journal to record your ups and downs.

Dump your negative friends. A lot of times, whom you associate with is responsible for your limitations. You are judged by your associates; and you are swayed by your associates.

Meditate by yourself, and reflect upon your associations; then, weed out those whom are holding you back from attaining your goals.
