if a rich woman gets hooked on drugs,alchohol,etc, she goes to the Betty Ford Clinic and its cool,but, if a poor woman gets hooked shes a crack whore loser who gets her kids taken away and probably ends up in jail - isnt that fair ?

It's often mentioned that women dissaprove of men holding doors open for them, it's also mentioned that dissabled people see it as an insult as they are capable of doing it without help.

Any thoughts on this? It's a pretty straightforward polite thing to do and personally I think people in general need a bit more consideration of others.

I'm 16yrs old and have a lot of time to explor what I want to be. My hearts desire is to become a social worker. So I was wondering if there is a volunteer job I can do where it opens my eyes to what social work is like. I would really appreciate and help. Thanks.

Does anyone else take comfort from the fact that, at any given time you can come onto Yahoo! Answers and know that there is a plethora of people just waiting to communicate with one another?
Even if it is just to have an argument.
