Well Doc,
Laying on couch. It all started at the age of 6. Got interested in being a Doctor, maybe Nurse wasn't really for sure. So a few friends and I decided to see what this medical thing was all about so you see I guess it was personal experience first, parents did the birds and bees thing but I didn't see what that had to do with it, then the school talked about disease and not really sex. Then with further experimentation, well you know where that led too.... save the rest for next session. AT the cost of Psychiatrists these days can't afford much of your time. lol:-)

Personal Experimentation...My mom didn't talk to me about the responsibilities of having sex just what her favorite position was. Something I could have gone all my life with out knowing.

My parents never said a word to me about sex. I learned what I learned through the extremely comprehensive sex education that we got in the 70s. Now that I have my own sons, we have already started having those conversations with them on an age-appropriate level. We mainly answer their questions when they have them.

My parents gave me a book called "Where Did I Come From" when I was 5, just before starting kindergarden. So I knew about the biology of it.
We had sex ed in 5th grade in school.

It certainly wasn't my parents. Friends and experimentation. Needless to say, I am much more open with my children than my parents were.
