Does anyone else take comfort from the fact that, at any given time you can come onto Yahoo! Answers and know that there is a plethora of people just waiting to communicate with one another?
Even if it is just to have an argument.
I enjoy it immensely, even if I just get mocked by the Cynics out there. Keep up the good work!

Just thought I'd elaborate further.......
I don't come on here for an argument. I just mean that even if that is the end result, Yahoo Answers and the ability to communicate is 'All Good'!

yes i do, you have the ability to learn to new things, help people out, or argue, and make fun of people (i try not to do the last 2 things)
I find it extremely helpful and fun and I want wait until I get to level 5 so i can have unlimited answers!
its always after you finish your last question of the day that you see another one you want to respond to!

The main problem I have is to answer questions without rambling on forever. Some questions require a fair amount of background information to be given so that the asker can appreciate where you are coming from. For example, if I were asked, " Is Capitalism a better system than Communism". I could simply answer "yes". But that tells the asker very little. I would feel that to fully communicate I would have to explain the merits/de-merits of both systems.
The majority of people don't seem to bother doing this, however. I think that they are far more interested in the two points than they are in answering the question. Seems to defeat the purpose.

If a toddler communicates nicely, and the person is attentive, then the youngster gets what it needs. could the person deem it wiser to refuse the request, then it rather is defined and understood via the youngster. some selection would be stated. If the youngster is transforming into annoyed, then the person isn't listening, or the request is unfeasible, or the youngster isn't speaking nicely. hence, the question could have been; "Does a toddler's lack of ability to communicate impact its behaviour?"

To be perfectly honest I feel rather sad to be able to spend so much time on here answering questions when I would much rather be in the arms of the man I love.
I enjoy trying to help people but because of personal circumstances (single mum, no money for babysitters, man too far away etc) I cannot do it any other way than on here.
Usually I give good replies, I made one flippant one (rather funny though even if I do say so myself) and got a slap.

Yes communication is a good thing! I love to look at other answers and find out if there are people like me in the world. It's great fun.
