I read in abook that dreaming is a self theraphy our unconcious minds create for us when it feels a need.That we really need to express something in a certain way which in our regular lifes we are unable to express.So does it mean if we have no dreams at night that we are perfectly happy with our lifes?

Last night, I had a dream about someone I know, and speak to regularly. She and I are friends, and while I do find her physically attractive, I am not attracted to her in any other way.

Last night, I had a *very* sexual dream about her. I haven't seen or talked to her in weeks. Today, I can't get the dream out of my head.

I think this is the closest a man can get to being gay without being gay. What happend to good ol hard men... rugged and born leaders (just like the spartan men in the movie 300). I think this is what happens when you let a female take control over a man. No wonder women keep on asking... Where have all the real men gone. Haha better be careful what you ladies wish for. LOL.

for those who dont know...

What is a metrosexual man?

# is a modern, usually single man in touch with himself and his feminine side;
# grooms and buffs his head and body, which he drapes in fashionable clothing both at work or before hitting an evening hotspot;
# has discretionary income to stay up to date with the latest hairstyles, the newest threads, and the right shaped shoes;
# confuses some guys when it comes to his sexuality;

etc....

Please read before you post answers, and no ignorant answers, only honest ones please:

Through life experience, education, personal experience, and even reading so many blogs such as on yahoo answers, youtube, and even in the news, wouldn't it be safe to say while we are all human, you can comment on race from a cultural perspective? Meaning; not everyone from a certain ethnic or racial background behaves or is a certain way, but when a majority is (and knowing there is a minority who isn't), why is it so bad when someone asks a legitimate question? I don't mean some of the racist rants like I've seen here, but when someone asks why so many ___ or why do some _____, people get all offended and post rude answers? (I'm not counting trolls because they are just stupid).

I think political correctness, while its good for not judging people, gets in the way of the truth often times. I think everyone is diverse, yes, but I do believe its okay to comment on a majority in society.

As a 55yr old man I am a little too old to go after young women in their 20's and I find women in their 40's to be generally ghastly so I date women in their 30's.

Problem is they all want to get married. As the owner of a private mental health practice in Minnesota they seem to view me as an excellent prospect for marriage. But I've never been married considering I could just find a woman I don't like and just give her a house, negating the whole purpose of marriage, so it's not on the table. Nevertheless they don't seem to accept that when I dump them when their complaining that I haven't married them yet becomes too much to bear and go ballistic about it. I've even had to take to concealing video cameras in my bedroom and breaking up with them in a car park which has video surveillance because they occasionally file assault or rape charges. I make a tidy sum from suing for false allegations but I digress.

Can't they just accept that the purpose of marriage means I won't marry?

OK..we know television has been hijacked since being invented firstly for political propaganda use and most recently by the ultra elite of this planet to promote thier products.. to help brainwash us and then suck as much hard earnt money out of us during our lifetimes as possible..

OK.. so what happens when the oil runs out?are people still gonna watch sex in the city? and believe it. what happens when there is not enough water and food let alone lipstick to go around..then what?what are they gonna advertise then, hats and nails?

If we know it's gonna happen.. why exaccerbate the problem now?? if we know the oil is gonna run out.. why not tell woman and feminists to snap out of it right now.. and make them realise the planet needs a model with community and strong family systems in place.. not sprawling urban chaotic cities where every indivdual is trying to acheive some ridiculous goal.. and own a mansion and a ferrari.. woman need to return to being team players post oil??

here i want people to list their words of wisdom...im listing mine:

- it's impossible to teach a man something that he thinks he already know.

- who knows dont speak, who speaks dont know.
- if u knew the world would end up tomorrow, u'd plant a tree today.
-when each kid borns, its the prove that God havent lost the hopes in humans.
-when the day doesnt dawn, then our hopes r over.
- the only man who never made a mistake is the one who never did anything at all

How were you taught about sex and sexual desire? Do you think culture comes into it? Do you think our parents' attitude to it is very influential?

I am on a child psychology course, and would value your opinions

Daily, I read questions with content regarding one gender or the other. Most often, however, the responses include a comparison between men and women. It would appear that, in order to make an argument for one side, it is necessary to include the other.

Do you think its possible in a section like GWS for there to be a discussion about one topic (ie women in the workplace) without a direct comparison to the other gender?
