I'm all for helping people who sell the Big Issue as they inturn have to buy the magazine to sell them to make a profit but it anoys me when I see beggers taking advantage of people at this time of year.
I personaly will not be giving my coppers to them and if more people did the same we would not see them loitering around cities and towns. There, moan over and done with.....

Ok all you psychologists and psychiatrists out there, answer this: I know someone who is a pack rat. She saves EVERYTHING!, and I do mean that. She keeps old receipts and bills, old magazines, old clothes and jewelry, you name it. I used to think it was funny, but now it kind of annoys me. There's obviously some personal issue here, maybe like a void she's trying to fill. Or some kind of security thing. What do you think? Thanks.

I really don't know who I am. I know my name and my family and stuff like that but I don't understand myself or my personality. By reading this can you tell what kinda person I am.
Am not a very social person and I don't go to people and start talking they will come to me and start talking. I am crazy I like to have fun and jump on tables. I love laughing I could spent a whole day laughing. When am mad its pretty hard for me to get over it. But I forgive people easy even if am still mad at them. I like to try new things. Am very smart and I go after what I what and always get it. I like to work alone I don't do well in groups cuz I will try to takeover. I like helping people and I would give a million dollars if I had it to charity.
What can you tell abt me?

All these labels are becoming polarized. The whole tendency to become more polarized is reinforced somehow by our media.

Liberal simply means being willing to consider new ideas. Conservative simply means being resistant to change. Depending on what area of life you want to consider, everyone has a little of each.

If we continue to entrench around the labels that the media makes available to us, we will end up fighting each other.

A house divided cannot stand. Is it possible to resist the labels and focus on the fact that we are all human beings with a range of interests, motivations, and situations? Can we cross the barriers and encourage dialogue?

I know this person who seems to be 'miles away' all the time. His reaction time is slow, he's not with it and he prefers spending time on his own. He doesn't notice things around him and takes ages before he notices things. He is not depressed at all, by the way, he's quite OK. He knows he's like this and would like to snap out of it and be around more. What can we do with him?

I use to think I could control the wind, I loved feeling it against my face. I remember standing on a hill waiting for the wind to wrap around my body. When it finally did I remember breathing it in so deep and with such satisfaction, I could control the wind.

When you were a child did you ever do any strange things, believe you could control something with your mind or words? Tell me..Thanks.

How to react?

I know they are all different, but disliking loud volumes is a feature of autism, yet many talk constantly, many scream and wail and many even listen to very loud music that I would find irritating, yet they complain about fireworks, thunder, balloons popping etc.

Anyone have any ideas about this?
