We are all programed differently. There is the nature/nurture thing. Some people just don't need the phyical contact or affection as others because they maybe didn't get enough touch as a baby or their family didn't ever demonstrsate affection.
Other people genetically just need more touch and personal attention.
Thus, some behavior, or lack of behavior is learned from our environment and some of it is part of our genetic make up.

You are very specific about online love. We all have different definations of love. Some people are so needy for love and attention that they mistake attention from someone & when they get it, they consider it love. Others might have trouble feeling loved even in real life , let alone online love or affction.
