I have important meetings all day today but I just don;t feel like going. Can you think of any good excuses to not be at work? Keep in mind I have no kids or pets. I work in a critical care hospital if that helps, so being sick is not an option.

Last night I had the most realistic dream of my life..I dreamt that I was dying, and I FELT this strong energy pulling me toward a Euphoric place...and then all of a sudden, it pulled me toward these demons that had pick axes and were hammering my skin...then I woke myself up.

Normally I would consider this just a weird dream but it FELT real; the energy and the euphoria. Also, I was just told yesterday I have a large tumor on my intestines, so that makes me wonder too...

What does this mean?

and try as I might, I just can't help but worry. I'm a very, very quiet person, but worry that people are saying all sorts about me, especially that I'm too quiet. I don't know what methods to use to cope with this problem.
