It "means" you had an extremely scary nightmare. It happens to all of us at some time.
Don't over think this kind of thing. If you do it will make you afraid to go to sleep again. That's not healthy.

only you can know the personal significance of your dreams, but from what you have said there are a few things to consider.
you have recently been given some serious information about your body and your health- and that is very real. the stuff we take in in our waking life often translates into our dream life. the dying doesn't have to be literal, but metaphorical, in the sense of change and the way you might be interpreting the information about the tumor.
your psychic energy is pulling you in two ways: the euphoria is tied to a place, but it's not in the body. you might meditate more on that what that place is like. secondly, the energy pulls you back to the body. the body is that which is being worked on, "picked at" by the demons. for as much as it may be troubling, it might also be in a state of repair.
i wish you the best.

Perhaps the bad news that you received yesterday was playing on your mind thus causing this dream to feel more realistic than others. Hopefully you have a good surgeon and can remove this tumor without too many side effects. Best of luck to you with your health and don't worry about your dreams as that is all they are is dreams.

Were you told you had a tumor first before you dreamed? If so, that is related to your subconscious mind and your dream. Sometimes, you fear, so you dream.
However, dying in dreams can have different meanings.
It could mean you are giving up something and it could be you are losing confidence in certain things. In your case, physically if you know that you are not feeling well. Subconsciously you will find a way to tell yourself you are in good shape. In your case, dying in a dream is a way to give you that message that in reality you are losing some confidence or some completion mentally and physically.

First of all, don't take dream interpretations to heart 'cause a lot of the time it's not true and I don't really believe in them. You probably went to a sort of a check-up or something 'cause you felt something was wrong right ? So maybe you were just afraid and that fear triggered those thoughts that took shape in your dreams. Hope you get better soon ! Take care !

My question would be, are you a Christian? It seems like since your life could be in danger, you don't know what is going to happen if you die. No, of course you're probably not gonna die, but it seems like your mind is questioning what would happen if you did. I've had a number of weird dreams already in my life, and I'm well, a child still. I've had recurring dreams of getting stabbed with literal pain, and I've had a dream that sounds like the one you just had, too. I feel you there.

Your subconscience mind is f*ucking with you because of what you learned from the doctor. Dreams are windows into your subconscience mind. And your subconscious is scared, obviously. Don't think anything of the dream, it's only your mind expressing it's fears. Think positive. You are too young and beautiful to have anything that drastic happen. I know, it can happen to anyone....but goddamnit....don't dwell on what could happen. That doesn't do any good, other than to give you bad dreams.

no! (Ecclesiastes 9:11-12) . . .I returned to see under the sun that the swift do not have the race, nor the mighty ones the battle, nor do the wise also have the food, nor do the understanding ones also have the riches, nor do even those having knowledge have the favor; because time and unforeseen occurrence befall them all. 12 For man also does not know his time. Just like fishes that are being taken in an evil net, and like birds that are being taken in a trap, so the sons of men themselves are being ensnared at a calamitous time, when it falls upon them suddenly.

Fear can cause these dreams and since you just found out about your tumor, I would assume that's what it was all about. Also making huge changes in your life can cause one to dream that they are dying.
