I saw this kid all alone in school so I walked to him and hit him in the nuts from behind with my umbrella. I didn’t even know him; I just wanted to find out how it feels to hit a boy there. He collapsed on the floor in agony, turned pale and then was not reacting anymore. I got scared, so I just ran away and watched from a distance. A group of kids saw him and called the PE teacher. I got close like I had nothing to do with it. Then after a while the paramedics came and shocked him in the chest once and then they placed a tube down his throat and carried him to the ambulance!!! Everybody was asking what happened to the boy, I was sooo scared that I could not even speak, I just walked away and threw up. The whole school is talking about it.
What happened to him?! Was he sick or something, my girlfriends do it all the time and I never saw nothing like this before!!!

there is a range of IQ brains excellence gifts talents - is rewarding excellence as odd as rewarding longer leaves on trees? ppl range in their maximum speed of running - so what? ppl range in their desire to train as swimmers - so what?
assuming for the moment [what i dont believe] that there shd be reward for excellence:
how much? who to judge measure quantify define? the market is no judge, bc it pays [sometimes billions]for things like scarcity that have nothing to do with excellence workhardness risk responsibility talent skill experience brains qualifications
billgates is being rewarded for excellence? how do we know he is excellent? no one can measure define judge uncontroversially excellence - we just assume he is excellent bc he gets paid much [circ. arg.] - one wd hav to be a master of excellence to judge excellence, & the nonmasters wd differ from yr opinion anyway
& when u hav quantified excellence, how do u set the reward per unit of excell.?
exc. is its own reward?

I am a young black female and I have dated white men for a long time. It just happens to be my preference.
The taboo of interrracial relationships has decreased since the days of the Jim Crow south, but there are obviously still some disagreements in the matter.
I, personally, haven't been around many people who are ok with interracial relationships.
What are you guys' opinions? I'd love to know them, no matter the response!

i am talking about changing minds, not force - i am talking about the possibility that justly limited fortunes IS greater happiness for everyone - that we are making an error - that correcting this error [mindset] can enhance our lives enormously - i am talking about ppl freely thoughtfully coming to WANT justly limited fortunes, for good sound reasons - i am talking about ppl sorting thru their understanding & seeing that they already believe & know justly limited fortunes is correct & good & extremely in their interests
the world is very complex & we have many mental ways of making it more complex, & failing to see the big patterns - ie, the lesson of history, that the state built on injustice cannot stand, & what exactly is injustice & what isnt

Suppose I am the legitimate owner of the only Widgets in the world. Regardless of the price I ask for them, buyers are still completely free in their choice of whether not to buy a Widget. I am not holding them at gunpoint to make them buy. If they don't like the price, they can simply walk - and if everyone walks, then I will have to ask less.

In what sense, then, is the monopoly as such "distorting" the market or making it non-free?

If I could only let you feel what I feel. Do you think that communicating through verbal and written media causes us to get misconceptions because words can have so many different meanings. Nobody generally sees themselves as bad people ,but everyone is always labeling the other as "evil" or "hateful". I think if we can show everyone how we feel emotionally (chemicaly) then there might be less misunderstanding and hatred towards one another. Jimi Hendrix once said the 'politics is just a war of words a.k.a a big eago scene and that someday we may have to rely on a more earthy substance like music to communicate'. Or we might just learn how horrible the human mind really is. Do you think there is a communication form that can nurture reason and reduce the eagos and errors in describing our feelings to each other? Is this an already talked about idea?
