I'd need to know you a little better dear before jumping into conclusions about you. But more than likely, you are just ready for a fresh start. Maybe it's time to move on and move out! You didn't mention how old you were and or if you have a full time job which would enable you to be independent from your family crib! We all tend to get feeling stagnet from time to time doing the same thing or going through the same motions day in and day out. Is anyone rubbing you the wrong way at home? How is your love life? Are things going your way or not? Could this be one of the reason's why you are taking it out on those around you? Like I said, it would help to know someone well before being able to give any advice or help in whatever area of their life is needing attention. You should be talking to those around you which seem to be affecting you more so than anyone else. Good luck, and a little change of attitude would make a big difference. You'd be surprised how when we make the first move or changes how others around us will feel the need to make changes too, but to cooperate in order for everyone to benefit! Keep your chin up...

Are you angry or stressed out?

If angry, and mostly when at home... what is not being accepted by you between you and whomever at home?

It is not uncommon for teens to become quite upset by the actions of parents. Oddly enough, the reason is often the fact that what the teen dislikes in the parent is what the teen would dislike in him/herself... if he/she knew that it was there. Is it there? That's what is causing the anger. Best to admit that there are parts of oneself... stimulated by being at home, that one doesn't like.... but do try and "own" the emotional energy that is generated within you as your own... and not being "caused" by others.

Don't fret or become panicked when your emotions get stimulated, just get some space and own what you are experiencing. Really important to OWN it. In this way, you are practicing for keeping your cool in the work place, and in other public gatherings where the same emotions will be stimulated by someone else.

If angry [and do call it that, and not "stressed out"], then get a private place and touch the hurt underneath and grieve. The grief is a natural eraser for the emotions. Works every time.

Peace

1. Go to a lounge ,have a drink and listen to some music.
2. Get a spa treatment and relax.
3. Watch a comedy movie.
4.Go for a holidays.

Pick one or two of the above , I may help cool you down.

The best way to relieve stress is exercise, after you sweat a lot, then you should be okay. Running like Forest Gump could be best way to relieve stress!

Good Luck!

You need to try to find out what it is that's making you so angry. Perhaps you should talk to a counselor or a preacher or somebody who can help you figure it out. Once you realize what you're so angry about, you'll be able to control it. Trust me, it's happened to me.
