I just get sad really easily over things people do and then i get all sidetracked for a whille and i've always been like this and i've seen therapists my whole life but it doesn't really help cause i can never be completely honest with one cause they will probably throw me in a mental institute or something.I usually talk to friends which helps a little especially if they can relate to me but i don't really have any right now and i do believe in god and i have faith inhim but i guess sometimes i wonder why does my life always suck so badly (even though i know good things do happen but it's only when they can't get any worse)and then i find myself pulling away from him a little which sucks but i don't know what to do anymore.

All good advice. Intelligent and emotional folks get depressed. They are aware that they "feel" tired of everything and that realization makes them feel worse. If you can rest for a little while, do that.
Then, you must do something. I know people who can't find the energy to take a shower. Each thing you make yourself complete, however small, is a step forward.
Self-hypnosis, meditation and prayer are related. You can learn to do these through Cd's, tapes or books. You will be exploring your being or soul. Talking to a trusted friend or a professional and sometimes, medication, helps some regain the will to move forward. I don't know how to force yourself to work out but, it is easy to take a walk. As easy as taking a shower. That is place to start. Try and then do. Best to you.

Two answers. First you might actually be suffering from anxiety, depression is a symptom. Go to: http://www.anxietynetwork.com/hstop.html for helpful ideas. Look at generalized anxiety disorders. Secondly, if you are having trouble with motivation, aren't we all, then download a hypnosis MP3. It might take up to 21 days of listening to it (once a day) to get the full benefit. These MP3s cost around $20, some websites have samples you can listen to see if you like the sound of the hypnotist voice. Really, you might be overloading yourself, trying to finish off school with a move coming up. Every consider taking up school after you've relocated? Best of luck.

I think you need to seek mental help and figure out what is really bothering you. I was and still am in the same situation. I have a hard time pushing myself to do many things that shouldn't be a problem. First step is admitting you have a problem. second is seeking help. third is applying it. Motivation also comes from within. Just got to stop letting things bother you and move on with life.

I have the same problem. I have really low energy, and it's hard to get any enthusiasm to do anything. It helps me to get out of the house, and I have more energy when I excercise. I find that If I don't get up and into a productive frame of mind in the morning I will tend to blow off the whole day, so the morning is crucial for me. If I sleep in late it's almost impossible to get motivated.

omg.....i can totally empathize with you on this one. I am currently going through something very similar. Right now, I'm taking the year off (trust me it was long overdue) and I'm working at a job that I really enjoy. God willing, I intend to go back to school next year. I suggest (your parents might want to kill me for saying this) that you take some time off. You can use the time to reflect on what is truly important to you.

you need a true motivatated friend...someone who urges you on and picks you up when you fall. do you believe in God? cuz i know that'll help...but even if you're not into God, just know...KNOW IT...that you are special and wonderful and you can do ANYTHING...but with God comes the strength. so i highly suggest Him. :)

I wish I knew. I'm in the same situation. For me therapy, medication, and exercise have all failed.
