how the tenperature effeet the people?

Do you mean effete? The dictionary says: lost vitality, or strength; also 1.decadent 2: effeminate.

I suspect the "tenperature" would cause the effete to get hot and cold, but in a less demonstrative way perhaps.

cold makes one shiver and and heat makes one sweat, is the simple answer.
