Isn't it clearly named? Satanism? That we have a spirit within
that is a powerful being that lives on a multi-dimensional level?
But no God or Satan? Therefore, no reward or punishment?
So do as you please?

Girl I work with, I'm kind of into her. Anyway, we've chatted a few times, just small talk, and we always wave and say hello/goodbye to each other. She always gives me this look though that for the life of me, I can't decipher. Her eyebrows are raised and her lips do this pouty kind of thing. It's very brief when it happens. I'm not sure what to think about it.

I bought a foot-long sub from Subway, had half for dinner, and saved the other half for the next day. Then later when I went looking for the other half, I found it in the garbage! :-\

In my opinion, Americans consume more than we need. But many of us have convinced ourselves that we "need" all that money or stuff. Most of us don't. So I wonder, is it possible that each American could reasonably live on $20,000/yr? If so, how would you do it? If not, why not?

I'm looking for people's grasp of the age-old ("archetypal") componentials that may be seen as "formative" in the creation of our reasoning capacities. What aspects of the mind's functionality can you name, e.g., long-term & short-term memory [ROM & RAM, respectively]?

By viewing these within a matrix of develpomental indicies. we can come to better appreciate the unique "person-space" signatures each of us occupies... and I dare say, become a LOT more forgiving of our shared imperfections... when a person acts or behaves a certain way, there are always REASONS that point back to the developmmental indicies of their "skill sets."

Also, speak to how this system concept might impart added impetus to your various "spheres of influence." You may also want to consider how "geodesic principles" appy here: words like "synergy," balance or equilibration, complementarity, and "critical mass," is also a plus... Thanks in advance, to those who make the valid and supreme effort... if a could delegate points for each "super" responce I would.

I think that we have gone way overboard with political correctness where society has gone to the complete other extreme and ignores OBVIOUS ethnic characteristics. Seems like most people don't make their own decisions but rather follow what they are taught in school, which is stereotypes are BAD and complete lies. Anyone that brings them up is ignorant and is "felt sorry for".
REALITY FLASH: different cultures/ethnic groups have social norms that aren't followed by people of different groups; therefore, these deviations of social conduct are sometimes considered undesirable by other groups. Being annoyed by some of these differences is a normal human reaction, which is now taught to be repressed.
I bartended last night at a special event and the guests were made up of exclusively jews, many immigrants from Israel. They were the cheapest (stiffing me on tips was a norm), most pushy, rudest group of people I have ever dealt with in my life. Guess I'm just ignorant ;-)

I've been impressed by the insights and understanding shown by a lot of answers from females here, while males seem to answer in short declarations, as statements of facts. Usually us males don't get to hear this stuff from females, especially female-to-female, but here it's all open to the public.
What do you think, and any ideas on why this might be?

Stop imagining how things would be "if only." Pay attention to here and now! That's where the real rewards are. Train your awareness to focus on the present, and you'll see just how good your life is.

On Friday I had lunch with a co-worker. She's 42 & she told me she just got a "New Makeover"--with a new hairstyle & new makeup. I told her that she looks really great--and she talked about how great she feels. She was smiling and happy.. A few minutes later, I told her that my real age--that I'm 30 years old. All the sudden, her face dropped, she Stopped Smiling, & looked Nervous & a little sad--and I could tell that her mouth was shaking a bit. She stopped talking. I asked her if she was 'Okay'--she said... "Yes-I'm just waiting for you to tell me your real age".......

I didnt say anything--but people often mistake me for being in high school because I look very, very young. I dont wear makeup but people tell me I am "pretty" and "beautiful".. I dont, drink or smoke, & I take viatmins to stay youthful. I have modeled before--but I'm not stuck up...Later on, she kept asking me my "real age"..

WHY DID MY CO-WORKER HAVE SUCH A STRONG REACTION LIKE THAT?
