Yes. As a college undergraduate, I had a lab partner in a biology class who was incredibly stupid, and she was blonde. She constantly whined, and never quite understood anything said in class, even after it was "dumbed down" for her benefit. Funny thing...after all these years, she still acts like a retarded drama queen. Some things don't change.

I have met dumb people of all hair colors, however I think that we just notice the cliche when it happens to be a blonde. I have a low tolerance for ignorance, so I get irritated by brunettes, redheads, etc. just as much as blondes, whether they be male or female!

Dumb people come in all sized containers and assorted colors, and even the skin-headed dudes are not immune. They're some of the very worst. They think we won't notice they're almost totally bald if they shave their heads like Bruce Willis.

My favorites are the drape-heads. The Kings of the Comb-Overs. Every time they bend over, there's this "Simply Red" haircut-thing going on, almost shaved on one side and a foot-and-a-half long on the other, hanging there like seaweed on the Titanic, and that huge, shiny pate there mooning us for all the world to see.
Now THAT'S dumb!

yea i've met dumb blondes... but then again, im dumb too but im not blonde. i think a lot of blondes think its cute and funny to be blonde and dumb.

No. yet I even have seen Randy and Sharon Marsh with blonde hair. Randy used to have BLACK hair and Sharon used to have BROWN hair, and, you be conscious of, they do no longer in all probability like those 2 colorations.
