why can't we be normall at ease in every situation. Knowing the fact that one day we all will die, and everything will be behind, nothing will go with us. strange isn't it ?

If so, why do you do it? What would be the most effective way to stop YOU from bullying?

I'd like to see how many people can get reported for abuse when the questioner is asking for abuse......Seriously give it up...If your reported you still get to play with the other kids and it doesn't ruin your chance for running for city government.

The dinosaurs died out 65 million years ago. Homo Habilis first started using tools around 2 million years ago. That's a very long time. Who is to say that there wasn't some ancient civilization that began, grew to power and was destroyed in that time? Or in any other time in our vast geological history?

All around the world there are spots of "anomalous archaeology", artifacts and structures that have no business being where they are, or being from the time period they are from. Isn't it just possible that these are remnants from some hitherto unknown society that has since crumbled into dust?

And what of our oral history? Fairy tales, mythology, folk tales... scholars have very plausible origins for many of these, but what if they are far far older than we could ever imagine?

We use terms like "prehistoric" to mean "pre-man" or "pre-civilization". Our window into history is the size of a postage stamp compared to the vast stretches of time of which we know very little!

The question a couple down made me think about this. I believe it is racist against whites that we should continually be battered for what other white people did years ago. Judging us just because our skin is also white is really not much different than discriminating against blacks, or other minorities, because of their features/skin color. I get so tired of people playing the race card when it is uncalled for. What do you all think? It disgusts me that even in college classes I have had teachers talk about racism in class and almost like try to make the white people feel bad as if it were something "we" did that we should be ashamed of. Our skin is also white, yes, but we are not them (the racists years ago). THAT is discrimination to act as though we are.

I need everyones' opinion. THere is this really sweet lady in my college class. She's the smartest in the class, probably and these girls and one guy continually talk bad about her behind her back (for no good reason -- she goes out of her way to be nice to everyone )and are as nice as can be to her face. It makes me so mad and I have defended her and gotten into with them the last two class periods. If it were me I would want to know who to trust and who not to trust, but I don't want to make her uncomfortable at school or upset her before finals this week. I feel strongly that I want to tell her though. It disgusts me to see them be nice to her face when they talk s... about her so much. Would you rather know or not know? This sound immature (and it is!) but it is bothering me, badly.

Are you proud of being hateful? Don't mean to put it right in your face but I don't think that racist people think, or they might have something wrong with them...

Are you?

A popular theory has it that there are no longer any original thoughts or ideas to be had, ever again, on earth. They say that there is nothing we can think of, imagine or perceive that hasn't already been done. This is so daunting and soul destroying... so is it really true??

NOt all the time, but I see girls hangen around the "entertainer" guy, but go home with the silent Mr. Cool guy...who only said like 4 sentences the whole night. THe "DANE COOK PHENOMENAN" is like really new, lots of girls love him, but most of the time comics, or funny guys have problems...WHY IS THIS!!!!! Shouldnt it be the opposite?!?!?
