Who here has heard of Anna Svidersky? And who here has cried over her death? And who here didn't know her and cried over her death? And who knew her? I myself didn't know Anna Svidersky and after reading the Myspace bulletin about her death it felt like I received a speer to the heart. I cried for twenty minutes in my room.

Someday, everyone will have access to all the world's information.Will that make us more or less happy?

PDA's getting more powerful, wireless internet becomming more widespread, talk of data implants directly to the brain!!! I'm sure many professional people would love to be able to tap into any data source at will. However, as for me, ignorence is bliss!!! ( I realy wish I didn't know the odds of an asteroid hitting the Earth in the next 50 years! )

Saami of Norway, Finland, Sweden, Russia?

Or known commonly as Laplanders...which I have read is actually a politically correct term and prefer to be called the Saami, if anyone has any information on this or any links would be a great help to me. I have Norwegian roots and in those roots I have found some Saami heritage I was curious if anyone who had any experience can tell me a bit about them, are they comparable to other artic groups like Inuit?

Pardon if I sound dumb I just have not been able to find alot of information, I have Native American blood as well and was curious as to any similarities between the societies...like the reservations system here, discrimination in the past, indigenous grouping...stuff like that.

Reverse racism?

Can anyone explain to me why there is a black history month and thats ok but if we as whites have a white history month it would be racism or suppremecy? If you are going to tell me to get a life or that i am scum or whatever dont even bother answering. This is a legit question that needs answered. Why is it ok for blacks to be open about being black and if whites do it we are racist? What is that all about?
