most of the guys i seen in most couple are dumb that gets me asking "what does she see in him?"

Because the stupid guys don't look beyond a pretty face. Smarter guys may look at the whole package and end up dating girls that are interesting, active, nice looking but maybe not the prettiest ones around.

Smart guys are smart, so they over-think it and decide a pretty girl can do better than them, then they agonise over it, do a pros-and-cons list, ask advice, go the library to research, and think of how to ask the pretty girl out without risking looking stupid.
The stupid guy knows he'll look stupid anyway, and doesn't think. He sees a pretty girl and asks her out. Chances are she'll accept since the smart guys are taking so long she is no longer sure she is pretty after all. Plus she wants to get laid and is tired of waiting around.
How do I know? I was one of the pretty girls who dated a stupid guy. But things improve: my husband is smarter than me. (I realised I'd have to ask him out).

Maybe they don't feel safe and secure around the bigger hunks. They don't like being pushed around by the macho Italian Stallions.

girls feel that they need to boost their self esteem by dating a guy that is lower that her. she will than think she is smart becasue she is smarter than him.
