Could we be witnessing evoloutions finest hour?

i have a lab physic started on tuesday and i have read the lab instruction before the lab starting i dont quite understand implied uncertainty

here is a question

1.23 cm have 3 ( place accuracy) ........ +/- .005 ( implied C)
108.7 cm ...... 4 ........................................+/- .05cm
45,000 people...........2..............................+/- 500 people

my question is , how do you figure out implied uncertainty , can you explain to me please help me out

Use unit vectors to express the vector C, where C = 3.00 A - 4.00 B

I figured out some of the problem I found A to equal 1.41i + 3.31 j and I found B to equal -2.08i + -1.2 j

* but I cant figure out how to find C, and once I find Vector C's i and j, I then need to find the magnitude and direction of C.......... Lost, Phsyics is hard,

Or is it possible that the wavelength can be infinitely small or big? Considering that fractions can be an infinite number (.0000001 you can have an infinite amount of zeros making an infinite amount of fractions).
