Three boxes are tied together and are pulled forward on a frictionless surface by a rope with a tension of Ft=12N.

a) Write Newtons 2nd law equation for the horizontal forces on each box individually. (No numbers allowed)

b) Solve your three Newton's law equations for the acceleration of each box and the tension in each string. (Find numerical answers (with proper units.)

Any help? Im not sure what to do

The last box is 16kg since it cut the end of it off

are the walls actually deformed as they act as a membrane ?
Similarly, puzzling, if you hear a cicadee chirp outside a glass window, it is generating enough energy to vibrate your window glass, right ? I'm asking bec. I dropped out of h.school prior to acoustics, and it seems puzzling that such heavy objects act as membranes w. so little energy input.

I know this may sound wierd and not possible but I think that the Bermuda Triangle is a secret government facility that they do testing in. I mean come on how could water pressure bring a plane down. Is it a good idea to double major in math and physics? I am most interested in applied physics. Is it worth it to get a double major, or is it just something that is "nice" to have when applying for grad school?

To profile a flux of a reactor, we irradiated a copper wire. However, the wire was put in the reactor offline. I have a chart of the powering up to a constant flux. Problem is the powering up term.. I know the basic equation, but flux*Exp[ omega * t], but I am not sure how to determine the constant. I was thinking of treating the time it took to power up as a stable period b/c the omega is equal to the inverse of the period. It was suggested to use a straight line from the constant flux extrapolated to zero, but the omega would depend on flux and makes the resulting activtion equation by a the flux insolvable. Would my assumption of treating the power up time as a stable period valid. That would make omgea indepent of flux.
