we have to perform an egg drop project for physics in school right now. the requirements are NO balloons or parachutes of any kind, no stuffed animals, towels, or balls. it will be dropped from appx. 20-30 feet from the ground. it can't be bigger than 18" by 24" and no taller than 30" and can't weigh more than 7 lbs. we will only have one minute to insert the store boughten egg (provided by the professor). the contraption will be thrown or tossed however the professor would like to toss it. i have tried many things and would like some suggestions. please no funny comments or remarks, and please don't waste my time. thank you.

If you compressed hot water where the atoms are highly excited enough to form ice is it possible to prevent the atoms forming bonds with each other so that when the pressure is released the atoms would return to there highly charged state again i.e. hot water.

Assume ideal conditions for the apparatus illustrations in the picture. What is the acceleration of the system if...

(a) m1 = 0.25 kg, m2 = 0.50 kg, and m3 = 0.25 kg

(b) m1 = 0.35 kg, m2 = 0.15 kg, and m3 = 0.50 kg

I made a quick version of the picture on paint, http://www.geocities.com/grouchy187/picture.bmp

Any help would be appreciated, thx in advance.

when working out center of pressure for a tank with a slope, do you need to use the sin x rule. or does this rule only apply to something submerged.

and everything that are relatives of the conpectiztion
triangle can be made into circle, imprefect one
but what about square?
if everything is round, circle based, it means that time is curved, we can make time machine naturally

basically a circle is popular symbol that symbolize immortality or infifity

so maybe we were born immortal
if we follow the path, curves of black hole, the answers will come to me, as they beckons to me in my dreams,
so, the thing inside the black holes, something that can prove einstien's theory of relativity and newton's theoraziton of gravity wrong...
something faster than light, maybe it is time itself?
*it is uncompeleted *sp* theory of mine...*

I notice they do reflect a certain amount of light in a concentrated point but not all of it like a magnifying glass. I do remember hearing something about them starting a house fire but I don't know if it is true and I cannot find anything on it.
The reason I ask is I want to make use of all these AOL discs I have. I want to silicon a row or so of these discs on a platform and mount the platform under my solar panel to reflect even more light into it to possibly make the solar panel work even better.

Why haven'y I heard of antimatter? I first got acquainted with it through Dan Brown's novel... So, when I started reading it, I was like "wow!"... But when I did a research about it, I realized it has been long known to exist. So why haven't I heard of it?

I'd like to know if the common people are aware of the existence of the antimatter, especially before the novel "Angels and Demons" came out. And if many people are not aware, then why?
