If I ran one device rated at 125 volts 100 watts from a 125 volt power supply, and another device rated at 225 volts 100 watts (same wattage) from a 225 voltage power supply and the both voltage power supplies has the same diameter wires (type of conductors), which device would waist more electricity, making the electric bill more expensive?

What happens if you split a laser beam into two beams of equal power and then recombined them 180 degrees out of phase. Thereby heterodyning the two beams. I.E. the peaks of the sine wave of one beam would match up with the valleys of the sine wave of the other laser beam. Would you not get a DC electric current (because the heterdyne mixing of two frequencys that are exactly the same frequency should cancel out and create a DC current) and NO LIGHT or would you get something different than this? Any opinions?

If we could build a ball made of perfect one way mirrors with the reflective side facing in so that light got in but never got out again what exactly would happen as more and more light built up. Also for the sake of argument say this ball is also capable of withstanding great amounts of heat. Kinda like a magnetic containment bubble for light waves and particles.

I can't tell whether that cow in the field is small because it is really far away or whether it is a minature cow that is fliying around really close to me

....Are there any rules of thumb I can follow to stop me from getting into trouble by getting run over by minature buses (for example) that suddenly grow to 50,000 times their size and squash me.

I am mayan, and have experienced paranormal occurances with my life. I have come to believe in psychics because I do what they can do. There is always a limit in our minds but with practice we can all experience things that we are meant to experience and not have it supressed by superficial ways. Before I knew of my background and of the paranormal, I have always had (as the popular vote likes to call it unusual but its normal for me) experiences that involve precieving the future. I say we are in a transition of the world and have felt it all my life. What say you?
