Physical theories have to be falsifiable and experiments have to be reproducible. Religion doesn't fulfill both requirements, so you're asking for something which can not be discussed in physical terminology. Also there is no exact definition of "beauty" and it could be also the other way round, our sense of beauty is formed by nature and then it's of course obvious that be find beauty in nature.

Physically there are still some "ugly" problems, we need too many parameters in our theories, which currently can't derived from a "higher order theory", we have spontaneous symmetry breaking, which prefers for no reason one of two prior equivalent solutions, we have fundamental problems to marry the general theory of relativity and quantum mechanics. We simplified the huge zoo of elementary particles to a simple model of three families and generations of them, the so called "standard model", but with new measurements of the neutrino mass it turned out that the standard model can't be fully correct and alt least needs corrections, which will almost certainly destroy it's largest advantage: Simplicity and elegance.

So you need to have a strong faith anyway to see here something like "god's handwriting".

On the other hand we already understand a lot of the world and in no experiment physicists found any hint for the existence of a god (BTW: which god? The vengeful from the old testament? Or the kindhearted from the new one? What will the Jews say if it's the second? What about Manitou, Allah, the termagant gods of the old Greek? The huge herd of gods of the Hindi's?)

So, I know that there are religious physicists, but most of them differ between their work and their religion. And if they mix it up it was always misleading them: Even Einstein made this mistake and never really accepted quantum mechanics (even though he was one of the co-founders) with his famous statement "Der Alte würfelt nicht." ("The Old One doesn't roll the dice")

In its most basic understanding, "God" is a three-letter abstraction for our creator. Every culture has tried to determine what this force is- above and beyond us, that led to our existence.

Many cultures just made up characters and stories so they would have a story to tell (including our own with monotheism).

However, "God" remains annoyingly undefined.

If someone walked up to you on the street and asked you matter of factly, "Do you believe in blobeldeblip?"
The odds are you'll respond, "What is blobeldeblip?"

How can people believe in something they haven't even defined?

Well, "God" as our creator makes an approximate definition possible. All we have to do is look at the processes and mechanisms that created us! Scientists do this every day and have come up with the process that created us from the Big Bang up to the present day.

It turns out our creator is the universe, whose matter and energy cannot be created nor destroyed.

The universe is God!*

The basics of existance are that people have had a faith of a higher power for a very long time across the world independent of eachother through recorded history in multiple languages. You cannot really explain faith it just exists in the minds of humans. It transcends understanding because so many people believe without proof. Yet there is still faith. It is all too complex for us to understand at this time.

1) You are lost in a forest, there you see a house in the middle of the forest. you are certain that this house has been built by someone. you may not know who he is but you are dead sure that the house has a owner. WHY?

2)You dont see Infra-Red radiations, yet you believe its existence. you dont see the waves that are meitted while we talk, yet you can feel it. you have not seen a single galaxy yet you believe the presence of millions of galaxies. WHY?

3) You were not present when an Apple fell over Newton. And he discovered Gravity. yet you believe Newton discovered 'Gravity'. have you seen it? Yet you believe in the phenomenon called 'Gravity'.

4) Nobody knows where is the exact location of 'Mind' and the 'Soul' in the human body, yet millions accept its prescence.

If you can affirm all these without seeing them, Can not the whole of the universe be built by ALmighty GOD???

The house in the forest has to have an owner, The Gigantic universe running in precise equilibrium, without an Owner?

GOD exists and HE is only ONE.

GOD is ONE no matter what name you call him, BUT it should be a beautiful one with no mental picture or image linked to it. You cant compare GOD to anything inthis world. HE is The Absolute, Neither born, nor has any parents. There can be no image of HIM.

If you see any religious scripture, all state that GOD is ONE. But then still the followers of the respective religions, themselvews dont know that their own scripture speaks of ONE GOD. Then they even ascribe image to GOD and worship HIS 'Idols'.

Giving image to GOD is forbidden not only in Islam, but even Hinduism, Christianity etc. But you still find Idols and images in them. Open the Vedas and you find that The Vedas are strictly against Idol Worship. Open The Bible, it speaks against worshipping Jesus Christ himself.

The Only Religion that has held this principle is Islam. Meaning 'Submitting your Will to ALmighty GOD'.

"Peace acquired by submitting your will to ALmighty GOD (ALLAH)"

There are several . One is outlined in the constitution of the United states saying "it is self evident... all men were Created...
Then every where in this country it is quoted . Well it is something that our founding fathers experienced without doubt.
By looking at the mysteries of nature which physics and science find so hard to unravel. It is self evident.

the term GOD emanates from the fact many of the phenomenon which remain to be unexplained by today's or yesterdays scienes, were to be believed occurring due to GOD. As and when answers/solutions are coming before the humanity the term GOD is loosing its ground.

It is the tremendous amount of Known and Unknown energy that creates stuff beyond human knowledge that people misunderstand as God. As the world develops - this misconception will be null and void.

I think the universe is ugly.

Far too big.
Far too much dirty, empty space.
A lot of unnecessary death in parts that support life.

Careful where you look for proof of god, you may be disappointed.

it's that knowing you feel inside when you see a sunset which is different every day, a newborn baby, a perfect sunflower, a doe standing in a field. It's too great for us to comprehend, but He exists.
