I need to simplify:

[ ( a / b ) - a ] / [ a + ( a / b ) ^2 ]

so that it equals:

[ b ( 1 - b ) ] / [ b^2 + a ]

Please help, and show working with explanation if necessary.

There are several proofs. The one I like best is based on the inequality e^x >= x for every real x, with equality if, and only if, x = 0.
