The directions are: simplify the following.
the square root of 5 TIMES the square root of 10 MINUS 2times the square root of 18

so the square root of 5 is one 'thing', the square root of 10 would be another 'thing' and 2 times the square root of 18 would be another 'thing'.

So I figured the way everyone said to and I got 2.6 ppl in 1000 for El Paso and 3.8 in 1000 ppl for fort worth.. According to this Fort Worth had the most reported Right?
