just change the measurements on your printer options. If it can't print the correct size or the correct quality, just take your pictures to any photoshop store. They got machines that can print out to your exact measurements

You may resize it to larger or smaller size by dragging the thumbnail either north or south and east or west. If you want to maintain its original aspect as regards the ratio of width and height you may use the thumbnail at the lower right by perpendicularly dragging it downwards or upwards to increase or decrease its size, respectively. Or you could use some kind of measuring device .
