Im trying to figure this out...It seems so easy, but i cant figure it out!

Say you're selling and 7 items for $5 FLAT. How much is each item???

Ex: 7 apples for $5. Each apple cost=?

CALL ME STUPID [not literally] BUT I CANT FIGURE THIS OUT!

I keep getting something like 1.40 OR 980

NIEHTER make sense to me!

When i clean i use bleach a lot, and i know that it can be fatal. I did some research and found that the best amount of bleach to use should not excede 3.5 ppm, and that a few breaths of 1000 ppm could cause death.

i recieved 2 answers that factors correctly. but which one is COMPLETELY factored? or are they both completely factored? the answers were:
(4x^2-9)(x-3) and
(2x+3)(2x-3)(x-3)
