I own 5 acres of property. Other then my gas generator, I don't have electricity on it. I have a travel trailer on it with an electric fridge and I love camping there. In Home Depot, I have seen a converter that you hook up to your car battery and I have also seen what appears to be an electric generator. I asked someone at Home Depot how long the "electric generator" would run a small fridge. He told me it wouldn't be a long time, but suggested using a marine battery with a converer. I am thinking I could purchase several batteries, a converter and a battery charger. Does that sound like somethink that might work?

Perpetual power. Why can't you take a gas engine driven electric generator, use the generator to power an electric motor. Use that same electric motor drive the generator to power that electric motor. I know there is a reason/principle, but I can't remember it.

Clearly, unlike what we're shown, they really don't need a battery nor the sun ( exclusively ) as a light source. Any light source will do. It will produce voltages in any number of configurations equalling any internal combustion engine. Think of it, one cell lasts twenty years. Your initial outlay is a one time thing.

I many ceramic capacitors that are only labeled "10"
The number is underlined, and some have a black tip (as if they were dipped). I can't find the conventions for such a minimal label. What is their capacitance?

Hello, I am interested in Computer/Electronic/Electrical Engineering and I have Hyperhidrosis (Excessive sweating of the palms)

How much will my sweating of the hands affect me if I choose this major? How much will it affect me working as an Computer/Electrical Engineer?

Would my sweating of the palms be a big problem if I choose this major? Or should I just choose a different major that doesn't involve dealing with electrical stuff?

Answers will be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.

Why is it that the brakes on cars need to be "blead"

I know the answer is to get rid of the air within the brake system.

My question is how does air enter the brake system when it is enclosed and there is no way air can get in?What causes the air bubbles?

It needs to work along the lines of the Transrapid trains and not be too hard to make as i am not that experienced! Most sites I've looked at online are either too basic or too complicated. Should it be an AC linear motor? How would that work? Would a DC linear motor do the same? Ultimate confusion....
