Usually, nuclear, petroleum, chemical, biomedical engineer and others make the most money.
Aerospace, Mechanical, Computer, Civil also have good salary but not as good as those above. And these majors are harder than the one above.
Aerospace don't make a lot of money to the replied above.
Don't even bother go into engineering if you just care about salary.

A BEngg degree does not assure u of a job.
U must be technically sound with ur basics and have enough interpersonal skills to see u through an interview first.
After u get a job offer-u will be assessed during the first one year of work-and based on your abilities you will be assigned roles in an organization.
u will need to specialize and earn respect in ur industry.
The branch of engineering does not matter.
For your information:
The Chinese Civil Engineer who headed the Three Gorges Dam project in China,is now a world reknowned person for civil engineering but his pay as compared to an Engineer working for NASA,is very less.
So judge for urself what u want! Money or career!
Money alone cannot buy everything!
Out of curiosity- why do u need this info??
Regards

I know train engineers don't make that much, but they get to drive trains, which are really cool. If you become a train engineer because of my answer, can I get a free train ride to Las Vegas? I've always wanted to get married in the Caribbean.
BTW: Your photo is very sexy, but scary also. You look like vampire somewhat. I'd still ride train with you driving, but only with garlic on my puberty parts.

Aircraft, Building, Mechanical?
I would assume and engineer working for Aerospace companies would get paid well.
Then again, a construction engineer would be on a good wicket.
Sorry!

Nuclear and aerospace engineers, but they need experience to get into the high paid jobs, and before that there's lots of crappy work to be done in isolated places and workshops.
In places like normal cities an electrical engineer would be good too. (like me :D)

all type of engineers will make lots of money once they reach the managerial level.
so if u have what it takes to become a manager you wont worry about money anymore.
advice: do an MBA after 5 years of graduation.

I would go with Nuclear and Aerospace engineers in general.
I don't think there is an answer to this, it depends on who you work for.
