"An arête is a thin, almost knife-like, ridge of rock which is typically formed when two glaciers erode parallel U-shaped valleys. The arête is a thin ridge of rock that is left separating the two valleys. Arêtes can also form when two glacial cirques erode headwards towards one another, although frequently this results in a saddle-shaped pass, called a col. The edge is then sharpened by freeze-thaw weathering. The word "arête" is actually French for fishbone; similar features in the Alps are described with the German equivalent term Grat or Kamm (comb)." WIKI. CAN SOME ONE FIND MORE INFO I CAN"T FIND ANY MORE...

What i mean is that almost all first world countries have four seasons. For example, Iran is a first world country but it's not a four seasos. It's only because of the oil they have. What reason can it be??
Most first world countries lie in the capricorn and cancer part of the world almost never in the tropic!
I'm curious! Do you have any references? That'd really help!

How will this field look like by the year 2015?
How will it look like by 2030?

Up or down in terms of demand and pay?

I don't know much about it but I was considering Geology as a field and petroleum geologists have a decent salary, but I was wondering if it would fluctuate up or down depending on the oil demand.

Im talking about scientist of all profesions. They tell use how the earth was made, how old dinosaur bones are, how far the earth is from other planets, and all sort of others...
How do you know there not just giving us answers, can they be trusted.
Why should we beleive them when they cant even tell us why all these ships and aircraft disapear over the burmada triangle, something we know that is a fact?
Also they cant tell me how many trees are on this earth, something thats now and present, why should we beleive all these other things they tell us?
