I think you mean by jumping of all living been / nothing will happen at the force they will exhort is meager , don't you think we are every day making so many blast and lot many explosions the force exhorted by the people will be just a part of these forces. Can you imagine how much force is exhorted by a nuclear explosion ? but it just creates little trembling in earth that is too for a localized area.

As impressive as it would be to overcome the mind boggling logistics of getting so many people over such a distance to jump at exactly the same time.... nothing would happen. Humans simply do not have the mass to make more than background noise in seismometers.
