The ocean is a deep body of water, why can't it somehow be filtered of salt and other trashy stuff and pipe it to areas that need relief? Has anyone ever thought of this?
As much money that's wasted on a useless war and other things, why not put that money to better use to save our land and our people?
Just a passing thought!!
What do you think?

Gold is decribed as Red,Green,White, etc., and if I understand correctly, its' purity is measured in carats, 24 being the most pure.
How are the different colours arrived at? and if its by alloying the gold with other metals does this mean that coloured gold will never be 24 carat?

Can we seal the Yellowstone volcano from exploding?
Even if it will explode in 100.000 years, and im not from the USA, we must all put our minds to it and stop it from affecting the world and killing millions of people.
Our ideeas can save lives, so put your thinking caps on this one.

While scientists spend time, efforts and money with high risks researching deep sea for clues of universe. Why don't they try Peru's dried out salt lake which has respective life span like others in Atlantic or Pacific or even more? I think there are still lots of fossil deposits in good preservation there at the bottom of this salt lake!
