Yesterday there was news of a 3.3 million year old Australopithecus afarensis fossil from Ethiopia. I'm just curious as to how they ascertain the age. I know it's not carbon-14 dating, that's 2 orders of magnitude beyond its range. It's been a while since I learned about this stuff, so thanks for refreshing my memory.

Has anyone noticed the similarity between the old four elements (fire, wind, water, and earth) and the four stages of the elements (solid, liquid, gas, and plasma). Solid - Earth, Liquid - Water, Gas - Wind, and Plasma - Fire. I didn't know if anyone else knew this, or thought of it yet. Does anyone know what i'm talking about?

When God created the world it was a complete world. There were fruit on the trees-Scientifically maybe 100 years old. Adam was a grown man-Scientifically or Genetically he may have been 30 years old. So when Scientists claim that the world is millions of years old they may be correct theoretically but they are totally wrong factually. Agree?

I was told that a comet or meteor brought some of the algae to earth and it evolved into all the living creatures now on earth. And here's me thinking it was God...what a knob-head! ...must ask for my money back from the church collection box, lying b*stards!
