Until now nobody could invent such kind of equipment and no need to get it now but there are many things which could produce more intense heat than lava such as nuclear energy.

The one that I used is an arc from a welder with Carbon rods. Be very careful many rocks will explode if u heat them too fast and will hurt. Being hot i can cut and burn.
