The specific heat capacity of iron at 25°C is 4.490×10-1 J/g/K.?

For a 9.75×102 g sample of iron, how much energy is required to raise the temperature from 20.2°C to 28.8°C?
(Assume that the heat capacity is constant over this temperature range.)
What is the molar heat capacity of iron?

A solution at 25 C is prepared by mixing 100 ml of liquid ethanol C2H5OH (density = 0.789 g/mL), with 200 mL of water (density = 0.997 g/mL). Assuming that the voumes add upon mixing, what are the molarity and molality of the solution, and the mass percent and mole fraction of the ethanol?

Step by step on how to do this problem would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

Can anyone else who has experienced this feeling please talk to me? I have been in college for 3 semesters now and I feel like it is turning me into a monster. I study all the time, because I truly want to learn my subjects and not just get points or good grades.
But I think my brain and my emotions are getting numb from studying and filling my mind up with nothing but chemistry and math. Is this a normal thing or my imagination?
I feel myself getting cold and withdrawn around my family. I don't want to be around friends or anyone. The last thing I think of before I go to sleep is numbers and reactions and equations and formulas. The first thing that pops into my head when I wake up in the morning is the crap I was studying the night before. When people are talking, and not necessarily to me but amongst themselves, I feel myself staring them down with a cold blank stare.
Is this caused by too much study? If I knew it was maybe it wouldn't bother me so much. Thanks!

I heard that a British spy was recently exposed (purposely) to the radioactive Polonium 210. I know that this is radioactive and it causes
cancer, along with other physical problems. Is Polonium 210 a radioactive element or isotope?

I realize that the compound As2O3 is an acidic oxide, but I am not quite sure what sort of balanced equation to use to prove its acidity. I am planning on using As2O3 + H2O, but I can't remember how to figure out exactly what this yields. I assumed that it was H3AsO4, but I couldn't balance the equation with this, so it seems as though it might yield H3AsO3. I should know how to formulate my balanced equation properly, but apparently I have forgotten what steps to take.

Am I using the right reactants? If so, what should my product be?

Thanks for your help. =)

The system includes all that we wish to study.
A spontaneous reaction requires that the heat of the universe decrease.
Spontaneous reactions must be fast.
A closed system disallows the transfer of heat to the surroundings.
Thermodynamics describes the direction in which a reaction will proceed.

For the following reaction at a certain temperature, it is found that the equilibrium concentrations in a 5.00 L rigid container are [H2] = 0.0500 M, [F2] = 0.0100 M, and [HF] = 0.400 M. If 0.150 mol of F2 is added to this equilibrium mixture, calculate the concentrations of all gases once equilibrium is reestablished.
H2(g) + F2(g) 2 HF(g)
