Addition of 12M (concentrated) HCl to saturated NaCl results in precipitation of NaCl. Yet when 1M HCl is added to the same NaCl solution, no precipitate forms. Please Explain.

If I dissolve 39.998 grams of NaOH in 1 Liter of water. The formula of the dissociation of NaOH is NaOH(s) + H2O(l)--------> Na+(aq) + OH-(aq) Now how do I show the full steps of do this (using what eqautions) to obtain the Molarity-M?
