They both require the other one in order to process. If one is absent the other can't continue or finish.

Suppose A & B be two processes.If we say that A&B are interdependent,it means occurence of any one of the two process effect the propability of occurence of the other.
For eg.
A=getting a 2 when throwing a fair dice.
B=gettin an even number when throwing a fair dice.
