I'm given two pressure levels of the atmosphere and told that the air between them is cooling due to radiation at a rate that would be sufficient to cool the layer 1 degree C / day. I am then asked to figure out how many mm/day of rain must fall if the only heat source to this layer is the net condensation of liquid water.

Note: I'm not looking necessarily for a solution. Just a little guidance. :) Thanks!

Ksp for Ag2S is 1.6 x 10-49. Would you expect Ag2S to precipitate under the conditions of a group II analysis if silver ions were still present at a concentration of 0.1M? Ka = 1.3 x 10-20 for the reaction H2S --><--- 2H+(aq) and the [H+] = 0.3 M and [H2S] = 0.1 M. Show your work.

Write a Balanced equatiion for each of these:
44 A) Ag2 O (s) >>>
B) Nickel (II) Carbonate >>>>>Nickel (II) Oxide + ?
C) Ammonium Nitrate >>>>> Dinitrogen monoxide + Water
48) A) HCl (aq) + Ca (OH)2 (aq) >>>>
B) Ag2 SO4 (aq) + AlCl3 (aq) >>>>(silver chloride is a precipitate)
C) H2C2O4 (aq) + KOH (aq)>>>>
D) CdBr2 (aq) + Na2S (Aq)>>>(Cadium sulfide is a precipitate)
50 Write a Balanced equation for the complete combustion of each compound:
A) Butene (C4H8)
B) Octane (C8H18)
C) glycerol (C3H8O3)
D) Acetone (C3H6O)
52: Complete these:
A) Al (s) + H2SO4 (aq)>>>>
B) HCl (aq) + Ba (OH)2 (aq)>>>>
C) Au (s) + HCl (aq) >>>>>
54) EACH IS BALANCED BUT "INCORRECT", so correct these:
A) Cl2 + NaI >>> NaCl2 + I
B)NH3 >>> N + H3
C) Na+ O2 >>NaO2
D) 2Mg +H2SO4 >>Mg2SO4 + H2
E) MgCl + CaOH >>> MgOH + CaCl
F) H2 + Cl2 >> H2Cl2

Please answer just at least a few of these, because this counts as a nice grade in chemistry class! I'll give 5 stars 2 whoever answers most & best

What is the pressure of a mixture of helium, nitrogen, and oxygen if their partial pressures are 60 mm Hg 150 mmHg and 120 mmHg.

My teacher gave us this equation:
Ptotal=P1+P2+p3

600+150+102+150=1002

so then would you divide 1002 by four to get the partial pressure of al the gases?
