1. DNA is NOT ONLY found in nucleus alone, it is also found in mitochondria and chloroplast in small quantity.

2. RNA are produced in the nucleolus during translation(production of RNA) in the nucleus, and subsequently diffuse into the cytoplasm for translation. Thus RNA can be found throughout the cell, including mitochondria and chloroplast where DNA is present for translation.

a million. Language isn't a code; language is intelligible of itself, and desires no mediation to be understood. A code calls for mediation (a cypher) to be intelligible as a linguistic verbal substitute. 2. the archives encoded in DNA isn't a language; that's no longer even a code. that's been defined as an "practise guide" for the creation of a given organism, yet it really is an anthropomorphism. 3. Language can exist independently of ideas. till, of direction, you're suggesting that colony insects have a ideas. (Or would you be arguing that cooperative insect societies function purely instinctually, with out inner habit which may be understood by different contributors of that society?)
