What are the two molecules forming it?

You should try to do your homework on your own. Here are some rules for writing net ionic equations.

If it is an ionic compound (a compound made of an elemental metal cation followed by an elemental non-metal anion) and soluble (aqueous, dissolves in water) then you separate the compound into ions. If it is ionic and insoluble (listed as solid), then you leave it intact. If it is a molecular substance (contains only non-metal elements, including H atoms) and a strong acid (HBr, HCl, HNO3, HCLO4, HCLO3, H2SO4) then separate into ions. If it is molecular but not a strong acid (usually listed as a liquid or a gas) then you leave the molecule intact.

Hope I could help! Writing net ionic equations is a big part of Chemistry. I didn't learn it the first time around, and I totally barely passed that class. So learn these simple rules, and you'll be good to go!
