0.03 * 1000mls = 30mls

So add 30mls citric acid to 970mls of water

Depends on if you want w/w % or w/v %

All three will differ in concentrations

30g/970g grams for w/w

30g/970ml for w/vol

These only differ slightly, the density of water is .997 gr/liter
