I found out this in technological information thank god I pay attention!!! using fact the climate elect to be noble gases ( have all their orbits maxed out with electrons so as that they are in a position to be good) they have an inclination to the two lose or benefit electrons. using fact Alkaline and alkali in basic terms have one or 2 electrons on the outer velance ( outer orbit) it makes then very risky and so as that they react nicely with water and different stuff..... desire this facilitates :)
