1 gallon of water is approximately 3.8 liters and each litter is about 1 kg . So 1 gallon is 3.8 Kg. %5 of 3.8 is 190 gm.
And you should add Acetic Acid, not Citric Acid.

You seem to be confusing your acids. Acetic acid is in vinegar and citric acid is in citrus fruits.
