i mean like the exact process. im talking about extra embryos made during in vitro fertilization. i know some of them are frozen to preserve them. but what about the ones that are disposed....what do people mean by disposed? im sure the scientist dont just dump them in the trash. there has to be a way right...?

A. Move the 10x objective into position.
B. Focus the object sharply with the fine focus.
C. Turn power switch on and switch on the microscope itself.
D.Place the slide to be looked at on the stage. Make sure the specimen appears to be illuminated by the light.
E.While looking from the side, raise the stage until it is very close to the objective lens. Then while looking through the eyepiece slowly lower the stage until the object is in sharp focus.
F.Move the 40x objective lens into position.Focus the object using the fine focus only.
G.Adjust light intensity - separation of the eyepieces to a comfortable level.
H.Move the condenser assembly to its highest position.
I.Once the object is sharply focussed with the 10x objective, move the part of the object you wish to enlarge into the centre of the field of view.
J.If the slide is stained, open the condenser iris diaphragm fully. If the slide is unstained, close the condenser iris diaphragm until the object has good contrast
