Smooth muscle: Found in the walls of hollow organs

Cardiac muscle: Exists only in your heart
It works automatically and constantly without ever pausing to rest.

every other types of muscles get tired except cardiac muscle, why?

According to entropy law, an existance left in nature , diffuses, decomposes, molders and perishes...
i.e. if you leave a car in a forest for 2 months, you cant find it clean, bright,, but undirty, rusty..etc
if you leave an apple on earth, it decomposes after time...
How come life could evolve from a single cell to this perfection , with thousands of species without a Creator ?
