LOL! Good question, hmm...
I guess unless it was a really big pie you would only need one octopus, :o/ so it would probably just be an octopus pie. :o)
But if you did use more than one... You could call it an Octi-pie! :oP
Good luck with finding the real term, lololol! xoP

At King Neptune's Seefood Cafe;
We sat there drinking beer and deciding what to eat.
"Octopus Pie" sounded dreadful so we ordered "Octopie Pie"

An octopus is quite big, and I don't think you'll need more than one? I don't know.. Would you really make an octopus pie? >_<

LMAO... the correct plural is octopuses or sometimes octopedes. Octopi is incorrect. Personally I think Octo-pie sounds better... hahaha!

Actually, the plural is "octopodes." Octopus is Greek in etymology, not Latin. "Octo" = 8, "podes" = feet.
So maybe it would be an Octopodepie ...
But I would never eat octopus. They're intelligent.

No because in naming pies you tend not to use plurals e.g Steak and Kidney pie, Chicken pie, Pigeon pie, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, etc.
