Transportation techniques mean that we are all potential part of a global breeding pool. This would seem to ensure that the basic human set of genes is perpetuated.
Given that evolution requires seperation, adaptation and selection do we now need barriers of our own creation (race, religion or political) to evolve?
Furthermore do we need to evolve?

Water is H2O
Carbon dioxide is Co2
Normal atmospheric air has oxogen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide, plus some other stuff.
I know it is not just O2, which woiuld be pure oxogen.
I guess to make it easier I would request the answer be for sea level and about 29 degrees of atmospheric pressure.
This is my first question so be kind, no spam or BS.

I did a really tough workout with my arms about 3 days ago. It included push-ups, dumbells, and pull-ups. I worked until my muscles were completed exhausted. It was really the first time I've worked out in about a month or two.

Now I know muscles are built by tearing down tissue and letting your body rebuild them. You're supposed to wait like 3-5 days. I'm getting a bit concerned though because it's almost the 4th day and I'm still having a lot of pain. I can't really extend my arms fully without much pain and sometimes I have trouble sleeping.

Did I work too hard and pull a muscle or did I just get a good workout and my body is still recovering from the stress?

In Shorthorn cattle, both red coat color and white coat color are true breeding. Crosses of red X white produce progeny that are uniformly reddish brown but thickly sprinkled with white hairs; this tpe of coat color is called "roan". Crosses of roan X roan produce 1/4 red: 1/2 roan: 1/4 white. What kind of genetic hypothesis can explain these data?

Scarlet is a recessive mutant in fruit flies (Drosophila melanogaster) with an orange eye color. You have a wild-type fly that you suspect may be heterozygous for scarlet. If the mutant allele is st and the wild-type allele is st+, what cross would you make to determine if your fly was st/st+ or st+/st+? Predict the results of this cross.

Physical existence has levels of tolerance, built in. We on the whole, above and beyond our various categories, reach, occasionally cross, and test the remaining endurance of this place hanging in space, once called eden by some. While most keep repeating "Oh well, what can you do?, "my hands are tied.", "It's in his hands." or a favorite, "our system may not be perfect but it is the best." Expressed by leader, lawyer, judge, lobbyist, holy vanguard, the avante garde, patent, publishing and copyright holder, executive, manager, philanthropist, share holder, civil servant, union member, enforcement agent, and those of cause, wealth and celebrity. As well as those naive, devout and patriotic who dutifully and most often blindly potect exclusivity's of those whom rarely seem to have to answer. Think again.
Civilization, is not civil, humanity is not humane and intervention soon attends. Avail mutual inter-relationship, within and of every category, depth and demension or fail to exist.
